Looking for great deer and waterfowl hunting close to home?  This 90 acre proporty is located in Green Bay, 1/4 mile East of Highway 41, and is adjacent to the Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve along County Road J.  The property includes several buildings, including a small cabin, and 3 garages, one of which has 2 levels and could be converted to a large cabin.  While there is several water-filled ditches that attract waterfowl, currently there are plans to improve this habitat by expanding the ditches to include pond-like areas.  In addition, our habitat plan would include an additional pond to attract ducks and geese. Property includes a food plot design plan as well.  Habitat types include willow/alder/dogwood shrub, open field, and mixed hardwood stands.  This area is know for quality deer.  The maps below indicate the property border (in red), proposed pond/ditch (in blue), and suggested food plot design.  Please call us for details.
