A variety of vegetative types are present on this 40 acre piece.  Within this topographically diverse property vegetation types include young hardwood/aspen, mixed upland hardwood/aspen/conifer, lowland cedar swamp, mixed lowland spruce/fir/cedar, lowland hardwoods, and open grassy marsh.  Also note the beautiful meandering stream in the northwestern section of the piece.
