Several forest types are present on this 80 acre piece. Although a majority of the properties forest consists of lowland cedar, several other types are present within the southeastern and northern areas of the piece. Mature northern hardwoods and young aspen stands occupy areas along the northern and southeastern borders. In addition, there are stands of lowland hardwoods, lowland mixed spruce/fir/cedar, upland hardwood/conifer mixes. A wet lowland runs along the border of the cedar and upland ridge in the central part of the property. Note also the open/shrub meadow in the southeastern portion of the property.
