A diversity of vegetation types are present on this 40 acre piece.  The primary forest types include lowland cedar and lowland mixed spruce/fir/cedar.  In the northeastern corner of the property is a stand of hardwood forest.  Open grassy wetland and shrub/conifer habitats line the stream that traverses the southwestern corner of the property.
