A diversity of forest types are present on this 80 acre piece. The key feature of the property is the open water marsh and stream that runs from west to east. Shrub, grass, and lowland conifer habitats line the open water areas. Stands of lowland cedar border the northern and southeastern side of the marsh, while young to mature hardwood/aspen stands occupy the southern side. In addition, there are distinct stands of spruce/fir and lowland hardwoods.
