A variety of forest types are present on this 40 acre piece.  The most distinct feature of the property is the open water marsh and stream that runs from north to south.  Shrub, grass, and lowland hardwood/conifer habitats line the open water areas.  A majority of the remaining property consists of young to mature hardwood stands, with mixed upland hardwood/conifer, lowland hardwood, and lowland mixed cedar/spruce/fir types in smaller proportions.
