A diversity of forest types are present on this 80 acre piece.  An open water lowland and stream that runs from north to south through the property.  Shrub, grass, and lowland hardwood/conifer habitats line these wetlands.  The southern half of the piece is primarily lowland cedar and lowland mixed spruce/fir/cedar, while the northern section consists of stands of young to mature hardwoods and upland mixed hardwood/conifers.
