A mixed cedar/spruce/fir deer yard occupies a majority of this 80 acre piece.  A creek traverses the central cedar forest of the property.  Stands of mid-aged northern hardwoods and aspen are present along the western border and southeast corner.  Wetland shrub/conifer habitat is present in the northeastern region.
