The Vega Project property has just been acquired by Hunting Land Experts. Now is the time to become part our community. The property is located in the scenic Upper Peninsula of Michigan and is less than 2 hours from Green Bay, WI. The property is separated into 7 distinct blocks with multiple available pieces in each. Block sizes range from 280 to 1340 acres. Each parcel has at least one site suitable for building. We are currently developing food plots on available parcels. Price for all parcels start at $1850/per acre.
Hunting Land Experts will strive to make each block of land owners a subset of a community of hunters dedicated to QDM and sound land management - with each block enhancing and benefiting the adjacent blocks. As with the Faithorn project property, the Vega property is 100% wooded. The combination of limited access of deer to agricultural land and an overall healthy deer population (approx. 20-30 deer per square mile) makes the area ideal for the management strategies employed through QDM. Hunting Land Experts expects that the implementation of management plans within these blocks of land will result in the same successes as those seen in the Faithorn project.
